Professor Lucas Lepri shows a sequence of escapes from the back control, when the opponent does not have the hooks in. In the first escape, Lucas defends the neck and moves his body to the mat where he places his shoulder and head. He shifts his hips and bridges to escape. On the second escape, the opponent takes Lucas to the other side. Lucas turns and lifts his hips up using his shoulder to base on the mat. He then jumps over the opponent and escapes to the other side. In the last sequence, instead of jumping over the opponent, Lucas grips the collar and sits back to escape.
