Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to take the back and apply the bow and arrow choke when an opponent defends against the back take using a wing roll. Lucas starts with the seatbelt grip, but the opponent traps Lucas' arm and rolls to defend against the back take. Lucas maintains the seatbelt grip and passes one hook over the opponent's leg, using the other leg to elevate his hips and apply pressure. When Lucas releases the pressure he can easily roll the opponent back in the other direction and enter his second hook. Lucas then secures a collar grip, and when the opponent bridges to defend, Lucas grips the knee with his other hand, repositions his legs, and extends his body to apply the bow and arrow choke.
