Description

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches a way to take the back of an opponent who is defending in turtle position and finish with a rear naked choke. Lucas begins with one grip underneath his opponent’s torso on the opposite side lapel and another grip behind his opponent’s neck. Stepping forward, Lucas pulls the opponent upward slightly and crosses his hook over top of the opponent’s arm while falling to his side. He secures the position with his second hook and a modified seatbelt grip using the lapel. When the opponent tries to defend against the choke, Lucas traps the second arm, allowing him to expose the opponent’s neck and apply the rear naked choke submission.
