Cartwheel Escape from the Omoplata to Side Control (Intermediate)

Professor Lucas Lepri shows how to use the cartwheel to escape the omoplata. As the opponent begins to apply the omoplata, Lucas ducks his head, posts with his free hand, and immediately cartwheels his body over the opponent and into side control position.
