Description

Professor Lucas Lepri shows how to get the clock choke, when the opponent goes for a single or double leg takedown. The opponent shoots for the legs in an attempt to get the single leg or double leg takedown. Lucas immediately defends by sprawling back and blocking the shoulder with his arm. Once on the mat, Lucas turns to the side and slides his near side arm under the neck to grip the opposite side collar. The other hand can be used to control the opponent’s other arm or the other collar. From here, Lucas applies chest pressure and starts to walk to the side to finish the clock choke.
