Reverse De La Riva Guard Tripod Sweep and Back Take (Advanced)

Professor Lucas Lepri shows two options from De La Riva guard depending on how his opponent positions his arm. In the case where the opponent keeps his arm on the outside of Lucas’ top leg, Lucas pushes with both legs and then applies a tripod sweep. In the case where the opponent keeps his arm on the inside of Lucas’ top leg, Lucas pushes the opponent away and repositions his hooks to spin behind the opponent. He then controls the opponent's hips and stands up to bring the opponent to the mat. Lucas finishes by entering his top hook, dragging his opponent to the opposite side with the seatbelt grip, and entering his second hook to complete the back take.
