Collar and Arm Drag Sweep Using the Knee Trap Variation (Intermediate)

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to sweep the opponent when they have one knee on the mat and the other knee up. In this variation, Lucas is also on his knees. Lucas controls the same side sleeve of the knee that is on the mat. The other hand is used to grip the same side collar. Lucas now places his foot on the knee that is on the mat. He kicks the knee as he drags the sleeve and collar to sweep the opponent to the side. From here, Lucas goes to the knee on belly position.
