Description

Professor Lucas Lepri shows how to get the armbar submission when the opponent postures up after trying to go for the choke. Lucas has the opponent in his closed guard and breaks down his posture. He starts to pull the same side lapel and feeds it to his other hand under the arm and over the shoulder. He now switches grips once again and feeds the lapel to the other hand. Lucas now has a cross collar grip. Lucas reaches over the shoulder to grab the material with his other hand, but the opponent defends by trying to posture up. Lucas takes this opportunity to open his guard and pendulums his outside leg and immediately brings his other leg under the armpit to get the armbar submission.
