De La Riva Sweep to Technical Stand Up (Advanced)

Professor Lucas Lepri shows a sweep from the De La Riva and then uses a technical stand up to come on top. Lucas has the opponent in the De La Riva and pushes him a little so he can slide his hand under the leg and grips his own ankle. The other leg is placed between the opponent’s legs and is used to push the opponent towards Lucas. Lucas then places the leg used to push the opponent on the inside of the opponent’s leg and pushes to make him post his knee on the mat. Lucas now reaches for the opponent’s pants and circles his other leg over and under the opponent and then pushes him away. Lucas maintains the grips and comes on top using a technical stand up.
