Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to get the arm triangle, after attempting to get a guillotine. Lucas and the opponent are both standing. Lucas moves in to the tie up by gripping the back of the neck and the wrist with his other hand. He now jumps onto the opponent placing his shoulder over the back of the neck and the grip that was on the wrist is moved to cup the chin. The hand that was behind the neck is now used to grip the triceps in order for Lucas to pull the opponent down, making him post on the mat. He now cuts the corner on the triceps grip side and under hooks the leg, connecting his hands together. Lucas drives forward to make the opponent drop. The near side leg is used to block the opponent’s leg. Lucas releases the grips and slides his arm through the arm and neck to connect his hand to his bicep. Lucas now squeezes everything together and gets the arm triangle.
