Kimura Trap from Knee Cut Pass Attempt to Armbar (Advanced)

Professor Lucas Lepri demonstrates how to get the armbar submission from a kimura trap. Lucas goes for a knee cut pass and the opponent defends by under hooking Lucas. Lucas takes advantage of this by reaching over the opponent’s back for the arm and locks the kimura grips. If the opponent keeps his hips up, Lucas just rolls forward. The opponent tries to defend by coming up. Lucas lets him come up and slides his knee inside, then brings his leg over the opponent’s head getting the armbar submission. If the opponent connects his hands together as Lucas goes for the knee cut, then Lucas rolls back instead for forward. Same scenario, the opponent tries to escape and Lucas uses that opportunity to get the armbar submission.
