Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to take the opponent’s back after defending the knee cut pass. Lucas starts with the knee cut pass applying pressure on the bottom leg and controlling the waist with the other. As he starts to cut his knee, the opponent tries defending by under hooking Lucas. The opponent starts to turn on his shoulder creating enough space for Lucas to connect his hands together. Lucas now rolls forward, flipping the opponent over to take the back. In this scenario, the opponent defends by using his hands to block Lucas and does a back roll. The opponent lands on the turtle position and Luca follows. From here, Lucas works on getting his hooks in and then roll the opponent to the side to finish from the back.
