Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to get the Loop Choke when the opponent defends a knee cut pass attempt by sitting up and under hooking Lucas. Lucas starts going for the knee cut pass and the opponent starts to sip up and go for Lucas’ under hook. Before the opponent starts to sit up and go for the under hook, Lucas grips the top lapel with his opposite hand and the shoulder with his other. As soon as the opponent sits up, Lucas immediately loops the hand that was gripping the shoulder behind the opponent’s neck. Lucas then falls to the side and brings his leg over the opponent finishing the loop choke.
