Morote Seoi Nage Throw (Intermediate)

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to do the morote seoi nage throw. Lucas and the opponent are both standing up and Lucas has control of the collar and same side sleeve. He raises the arm and steps in. As he steps in, Lucas immediately drops both knees to the mat and pulls the opponent over to throw.
