Mount Escape Attempt to One Leg X Guard Sweep (Intermediate)

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to sweep the opponent using the one leg X, after attempting to escape from the mount position. The opponent has the mount position and Lucas starts to escape by trapping the arm and the same side leg. As Lucas bridges and starts to roll the opponent to the side, the opponent immediately defends by posting his leg out. Lucas takes advantage of this and brings his knee up and connects it with the same side elbow. He then slides the opponents leg down his own leg and transitions to the one leg X guard. From here, Lucas is able to sweep the opponent and take a top position.
