Description

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to get to the back control after escaping from the opponent’s mount position. With the opponent on the mount position, Lucas starts to escape by keeping his elbows close and starts moving up. He then uses his elbow to push the leg down. Lucas brings his opposite side leg over the opponent’s to hook the ankle. The foot is used to lift the ankle up so Lucas can slide his bottom leg up. Lucas now turns and under hooks the opponent. In this scenario, Lucas lifts his outside leg so he can use it as a pendulum. He uses the momentum to escape his elbow and come out to the side. He comes up on his knee and then goes for the seat belt grips over the opponent’s back. Lucas now pulls the opponent to the side and takes the back control.
