Professor Lucas Lepri demonstrates a drill switching from a one leg X-Guard from one side to the other. Beginning with the opponent with the opponent standing with his legs on either side of Lucas’ armpits, Lucas lifts his hips and establishes the one leg X-Guard while blocking each of the opponent’s knees with his hands. He then releases the position and rocks his hips down and back up, establishing the one leg X-Guard on the other side. He repeats this for the duration of the drill.
