Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to get a toe hold using the one leg x, when the opponent has both knees on the mat. The opponent has both knees on the mat and also has the feet flat. Lucas reaches for the opposite side collar and grips the same side leg by the knee. He pushes the opponent to make him post on the mat with his hand. As soon as the opponent posts on the mat, Lucas slides his leg through. He then pulls the opponent back to transition to the one leg x. From this position, Lucas now pushes the opponent to the side to make him lift his near side foot off the mat. As soon as the foot comes up, Lucas immediately goes for the toe hold. If the opponent tries to roll, Lucas follows and finishes from there.
