Professor Lucas Lepri shows how to get to the knee on belly and how to get the triangle choke after the opponent escapes an armbar attempt. Lucas passes the opponent’s open guard and places his knee on the belly. The opponent tries to shrimp out to escape but Lucas maintains the position. When the opponent pushes on the knee, Lucas under hooks the arm and cups the elbow. He pulls the opponent towards him and then spins around to get the armbar. If the opponent is able to escape by spinning around, then Lucas goes for the triangle choke instead.
