Description

Lucas starts by isolating the arm. He does so by first shifting his hips toward the opponent’s knees and then shifting his hips back toward the opponent’s armpit, putting his knee under the opponent’s arm. From here, he holds the opponent’s wrist to his chest, tucks his foot under his body as he steps over the opponent’s neck, trapping the head as he locks the triangle by gripping his shin with his hand. Now, he leans forward, posting one hand on the mat as the other arm traps the opponent’s arm against his side. He raises his leg onto the opponent’s arm and squeezes to complete the armbar.
