Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to counter a single leg and get a guillotine, after attempting an arm triangle. The opponent shoots for the single leg and Lucas immediately slides his near side arm under the neck and to the opposite side armpit. He grips his hands together and sprawls to break the opponent down. While keeping pressure on the opponent, Lucas now slides his hand to his bicep in an attempt to get the arm triangle. He is not able to get the arm triangle because the opponent defends by posting on the mat with both hands and raises his hips. Lucas unlocks his hands and slides his top hand down to cup the chin. He now brings his other hand in front of the arm to connect to his hand. Lucas now drops to the side and uses his leg to block the opponent. From here, Lucas is able to finish with the guillotine choke.
