Description

Professor Lucas Lepri show how to prevent a single take down using the Kimura trap and submits the opponent with an armbar or rear naked choke. The opponent tries to go for the single leg take down, but Lucas prevents it by locking the kimura trap. Lucas then steps forward with his free leg and falls on his back. He now uses his legs to break the opponent’s grips and gets him in the crucifix position. From that position, Lucas switches his legs to prevent the opponent from escaping his arm. With the arm trapped, Lucas raises his hips and gets the armbar submission. If the opponent tries to defend by bridging over, Lucas can then take his back by sliding his inside leg under and over to the back. With one arm already trapped, Lucas can now concentrate on getting the rear naked choke on the opponent.
