Description

Professor Frederico Silva teaches a sweep starting from the spider guard. Frederico starts in the spider guard controlling the opponent’s sleeves. He then breaks one of the grips so he can place his foot in between the opponent’s. Frederico now uses the other spider guard leg to make the opponent come forwards. He then places both of his feet together to raise the opponent up and sweep him over the head. After the sweep, Frederico can go for the side control. If the opponent tries to roll away, then Frederico follows to take the back.
