Description

Professor Lucas Lepri shows how to get an arm triangle submission after taking the opponent down. Lucas controls the opponent’s head by gripping the back of the neck and the opposite shoulder with his other hand. He then snaps the opponent’s neck down so he can get the guillotine grip. The opponent defends by gripping Lucas’ wrist. Lucas now releases the under hook and cuts the corner reaching under the opponent’s leg and grips both of his hands together. He pushes the opponent down and controls to prevent the him from escaping. Lucas releases his near side arm and passes it under the opponent’s arm and through the side of the neck. He uses his other arm to push down on the head, using his elbow. Lucas now locks the arm triangle and finishes the submission.
