Tips From Fundamentals Class: Clinch Escape to Takedown to Mount to Mount Escape to Butterfly Sweep to Ezekiel Choke (Fundamentals)

Professor Lucas Lepri shows a series of transitions that start with a clinch escape and finishes with the Ezekiel choke submission. The opponent goes for the clinch and Lucas defends and escapes. Lucas takes the opponent down and gets the mount position. From the mount, a mount escape is shown followed by a butterfly sweep. After the sweep, the mount position is established and then the sequence ends with the Ezekiel choke.
