Professor Lucas Lepri demonstrates a triangle choke setup from mount position. Lucas begins by controlling the opponent's head in mount position. With his free hand, Lucas loosens the lapel of his opponent and uses it to trap his hand. This allows Lucas to lift the opponent's head, step over the trapped arm, and fall back to lock the triangle. If Lucas can cross the opponent's arm, then he pulls the head down to finish the choke. If he cannot cross the arm, then he turns the opponent's head to face his leg and squeezes to complete the submission.
