Description

Professor Lucas Lepri shows a drill on the x pass. The opponent has the back on the mat and legs up. Lucas is standing and grips the top of the legs. He starts stepping to the side as he pushes the same side leg back. He now brings his other elbow over the leg to lock the knee, forming and x with his arms. In this scenario, the opponent pushes on the leg and hip escapes. Lucas immediately drops his elbow to the mat and spins around the opponent. From here, he goes for the seatbelt grip and takes the back.
