Z Guard Sweep to Half Guard (Intermediate)

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to sweep the starting from the z guard. Lucas has the z guard and the opponent tries to defend by going under the leg and grips the far side lapel. He then uses his other hand to grip the same side lapel. Lucas now grips the opponent’s near side sleeve and slides his leg through. He locks his ankles together and then bridges to sweep the opponent to the side. Lucas comes up and is now on a top position in the opponent’s half guard.
