Description

Professor Lucas Lepri shows how to transition to the triangle submission if the opponent defends an armbar attempt. Lucas is in the mount position and controls the opponent’s cross arm gripping by the elbow. He pulls the arm to the side so he can then move to the S mount. From the S mount, Lucas brings his leg over and tries to get the armbar. The opponent defends, Lucas instead slides his leg through the opponent’s arm allowing the opponent come up. As the opponent comes up, Lucas locks his legs in a figure four and gets the triangle submission.
