Mount Position to S Mount to Armbar Submission (Fundamentals)

Professor Lucas Lepri shows how to transition to the armbar submission from mount using S Mount. Lucas is in the mount position and controls the opponent’s cross arm gripping by the elbow. He pulls the arm to the side so he can then move to the S mount. From the S mount, Lucas brings his leg over the opponent and is able to get the armbar submission.
