Description

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to get a baseball choke, after escaping the de la riva and passes with the knee cut. The opponent has the de la riva. Lucas pushes the foot down and steps over it to isolate it. He pinches his legs together to trap the knee and make the opponent square up. He pushes the opponent to the side and lifts his ankle up to go for the knee cut. At the same time he is going for the knee cut, Lucas under hooks the arm and cups the shoulder while posting on the mat with his other hand. In this scenario, Lucas is not able to easily remove the knee shield. He posts on the mat and places his outside knee on the mat so he can shift his hips out. The opponent reacts by locking the ankle, and Lucas just comes back and sits on the opponent’s leg. Lucas now goes for the under hook and controls the head. The opponent tries to defend by gripping the back. Lucas pulls the lapel out using his top hand and feeds it to his bottom hand. He creates a little bit of space and brings his top arm under the opponent’s to grip the lapel on the same side and the bottom grip to get the baseball choke. Lucas finishes the choke by moving to the north south position.
