De La Riva Guard Sweep (Advanced)

Professor Lucas Lepri demonstrates a sweep from De La Riva guard. When his opponent initiates a pass, Lucas maintains his grip on the pant leg and switches his sleeve grip to the lapel. He adjusts the positioning of his knee and then lifts and pushes his opponent forward to off-balance him. To finish the sweep, Lucas circles his De La Riva hook inward and rotates as he stands, driving his opponent to the mat.
