Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to sweep the opponent after defending from the double under. The opponent has the double under and Lucas immediately grips the back on both sides to prevent the opponent from posturing up. When the time is right, Lucas now reaches for the belt. He uses the same side leg to post on the mat so he can turn enough to post his outside elbow on the mat. The bottom leg is now used to trap the opponent’s leg as Lucas lifts his hips up to sweep the opponent. From here, Lucas maintains the grips and when the opponent settles down, he transitions to the mount position.
