Description

Professor Lucas Lepri demonstrates a drill to recompose the guard when the opponent is standing and walks around to go to the North South position. Lucas is with his back on the mat and has both his legs up. The opponent is standing and grips one of Lucas’ legs to pull it to the side and walks around to the north south position. Lucas reaches for both ankles and brings both his legs over, crossing his feet on the opponent’s hips. He spins around and repositions his feet to face the opponent with both of his feet aligned with the hips. The opponent then repeats the pass and Lucas repeats the drill.
