Professor Lucas Lepri shows a drill for the One Leg X-Guard entry. The opponent is standing and Lucas is underneath with both his legs. He brings one leg over and around the opponent's leg and places his foot on the hip. He brings his other knee up and in between the opponent’s leg and uses it to trap the same leg. One hand is used to cup the back of the opponent's knee and the other to push the far side leg. Lucas then resets and switches back and forth from one leg to the other.
