Spinning Armbar From Side Control When Opponent Defends (Fundamentals)

Professor Lucas Lepri shows how to get the armbar from side control, even when the opponent defends. The opponent has Lucas in the side control position. He isolates the arm and then spins around to catch the arm. In this scenario, Lucas tries to defend by gripping his hands together. The opponent crosses his feet over Lucas’ far side bicep. He then pushes the arm away with his feet to break Lucas’ grip and finishes the armbar.
