Z-Guard to Rolling Dogfight Sweep (Advanced)

Professor Lucas Lepri demonstrates a rolling sweep from the dogfight position. Lucas starts in z-guard, secures the deep underhook, switches his legs, and sits up into the dogfight position. When the opponent tries to free his leg, Lucas passes his arm behind the leg, drops his hips, and rolls, finishing the sweep in side control or on the back depending on the opponent's reaction after the sweep.
