Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to get the mount or collar choke, after pulling to the closed guard. Lucas and the opponent both start with collar and sleeve controls. Lucas releases the grip on the sleeve so he can use that hand to break the opponent's grip on the collar. Lucas grips underneath the arm and while still maintaining the grip, he pulls the opponent's arm across over his own chest. The other hand is used to reach behind the opponent's back to grab the belt. From here, Lucas steps closer to the opponent so he can place his foot on the hip to pull to the closed guard. The opponent starts to defend by applying pressure with his shoulder over Lucas' torso. Lucas maintains control on the belt, and then under hooks or grips the opponent's leg. He pushes the opponent to the side and scissors his legs to sweep the opponent. The sweep lands Lucas on the mount position. If the opponent tries to turn away to escape, Lucas transitions to the S mound where he reaches for the collar. The other hand is used to control the leg. Lucas falls back and finishes with the bow and arrow choke.
