Mount Control to Ezekiel Choke (Fundamentals)

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to get the Ezekiel choke from the mount position. Lucas starts in the mount control position. He slides one arm behind the head to control the opponent’s head. He makes sure to place his own head on the opposite side of the arm that’s controlling the head to prevent the opponent from reversing him. Lucas now uses his head to push the opponent’s to open up the neck. The other arm is brought in so he can feed his sleeve to the hand that is controlling the head. Lucas now brings his forearm over the opponents neck to choke from the mount position with the Ezekiel choke.
