Professor André Gois teaches how to get an armbar from the mount, transitioning to the S mount. André starts with the mount position on the opponent and grips the cross collar. When the opponent attempts to defend, André pushes the elbow across and puts his weight on the arm. This allows him to slide up to the S mount position. André uses this position to attempt and get an armbar, but the opponent is defending. André controls the far side arm and then switches his S mount to the other side. With the arm already controlled, André pulls the arm out, sits back and gets the armbar submission.
