Description

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to escape from the back control when the opponent is controlling the collar and lapel in an attempt to choke. The opponent is controlling Lucas’ back and has one hand on the collar and the other on the lapel. Lucas starts to defend from the choke by using one hand to control the elbow and the other controls around the hand. He pulls the opponent's arm down so he can slide his chin in. Lucas then bridges and starts turning the other way in an attempt to make the opponent post out with his leg. Lucas takes advantage of the reaction and comes back, stepping over the opponent's leg. In this scenario, the opponent once again tries to go to the back control. Lucas immediately switches the base on his legs and escapes his shoulder. From here, Lucas goes for the knee cut pass.
