Professor Lucas Lepri shows how to defend yourself from an opponent when they push you down and try to attack. The situation starts when the opponent pushes Lucas to the ground from a standing position. Lucas break falls and keeps his head, arms and feet up as he lays on the mat. The opponent walks towards him and he uses his feet to push on the opponent’s hips to keep him away. If the opponent gets too close, Lucas places one foot on the hip and uses his other foot to kick of push on the opponent’s chest. Once the opponent moves away, Lucas does a technical stand up and keeps his distance.
