Description

Professor Frederico Silva teaches how to get the clock choke submission when the opponent is in the turtle position. The opponent is in the turtle position and Frederico reaches over the back and under the arm to grip the same side collar. He then feeds the lapel to his other hand and slides it up the neck, releasing the initial grip on the collar. The hand that is now free is used to grip the opponent's arm. Frederico starts to lean forward and apply his weight on to the opponent as he pulls the arm down to break the posture. He now starts to walk to the other side as he uses his arm to choke the opponent.
