Description

Professor Lucas Lepri demonstrates how to get the back take after attempting a knee cut pass and the opponent defends with the knee shield and then defends again by blocking Lucas. Lucas starts to go for the knee cut pass but the opponent tries to defend by pushing Lucas and puts the knee shield in. Lucas releases the grip on the collar and grips the opponent’s lower back securing the hip and the knee shield leg. He now brings all his weight forward and posts out with the leg he was using for the knee cut. Lucas tries to jump over the opponent and the opponent stops him by lifting his leg up. As soon as the opponent blocks him, Lucas immediately comes back with the knee cut pass. If the opponent doesn’t defend, the Lucas passes and goes to the side control. If the opponent defends by pushing Lucas, then Lucas jumps over the opponent and takes the back.
