Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to get a collar choke or armbar from the s mount position. Lucas has the mount control on the opponent. The opponent attempts to escape by rolling to the side. Lucas allows the opponent to move so he can transition to the S mount. As the opponent rolls, Lucas raises one knee in the direction the opponent is moving to let them turn. He then slides the knee that is behind the opponent up to the shoulder to prevent them from coming back. Lucas now slides his bottom arm under the head and uses his other hand to feed the lapel. He pulls back on the lapel and slides his top hand behind the neck to finish with the collar choke. From this position, Lucas can also grab the arm, sit back and get the armbar submission.
