Omoplata Sweep with Lapel and Arm Control to Side Control (Advanced)

Professor Lucas Lepri shows how to sweep the opponent using the omoplata with the arm and lapel control. Lucas starts in the closed guard and pulls the lapel out. He under hooks the opponent’s leg and feeds the lapel to that hand. Lucas starts to go for the omoplata while still controlling the lapel. He then pushes with his legs to sweep the opponent. From here, Lucas then transitions to the side control.
